Spring into Summer

It’s time to get that summer body you’ve always dreamed of!

Make the commitment to a healthier and stronger you with our Spring into Summer 6 Week Challenge.


  • Your choice of either 5 reformer pilates classes per week or a combination of reformer classes and HIITlates classes. Our HIITlates classes are circuit style, high intensity training utilising weights, body weight and reformer exercises.
  • An in-depth nutrition seminar by a leading sports nutritionist
  • One-on-one consults with the same accredited nutritionist
  • In-body scans, measurements and photos at the beginning and end of the challenge. The initial scans and measurements will take place on Saturday, the 14th of October.
  • Your very own BodyTone Challenge bag filled with samples, water bottles, discounts & more.
  • Weekly activities including but not limited to: walks, hikes, beach trips, stand-up paddle boarding, breakfasts & dinners.
  • Discounts on luxe Abi & Joseph activewear
  • An ‘at home’ (mat) pilates and workout guide
  • An exclusive ‘End of Challenge’ party where everyone will come together to celebrate the completion of the challenge. We will also award prizes at this event to. It will be held on Saturday, the 25th of November.
  •  Three lucky challengers will also be given a 2 week unlimited membership to use after the challenge has ended (worth over $130).
